BROOKFIELD
The whole process was fantastic. From Jenna coming out and helping us decide exactly what we need without any of the high-pressure sales techniques, all the way to the installation was perfect. The windows are great, and the installation crew was exceptionally professional. We spent several months looking at a plethora of companies to do our project. We have no regrets of our choice. We WILL use Jenna and Pella windows on our next project
We couldn’t be more happy with our windows and the overall experience. From our salesman Tim to the installers, everyone was great to work with, the communication was perfect, and the end results are wonderful. We’re already signing up for them to replace more windows this year too.
We had an appointment with Michael. He arrived promptly. Very professional and knowledgeable. We found it very easy to communicate with Michael based on his friendly attitude. We have Pella windows and are looking to possibly update with a new door in the future. We definitely would recommend Michael to anyone who would like a young professional sales person that is courteous , and enjoyable to work with.
Very happy with our new windows from Pella. Everything fits perfectly, they matched our previous wood frame perfectly. I would never go to another company again. Wished we had done this earlier. Can't wait to have our doors replaced. Thank you Pella! Curt was an excellent salesman. We knew exactly what we were getting beforehand and I was pleased they worked around my schedule. Randy was very professional, and personable. He responded quickly to all our questions even after his initial visit. We had many questions and his guidance helped us make our decision to go with Pella for our window replacement . He explained the product well and gave us a true overall understanding of how Pella windows will benefit us in our home. A good guy!!! A very good representative to have on your team!

We loved our experience with Pella. Our salesperson, Ryan was extremely helpful throughout the process and John and his installation crew did a great job on installation day. The style and quality of the windows is a big upgrade on what we had, my wife and I love them!
On time, great information, easy to work with. Windows in....totally awesome! John and crew were super nice, friendly and cleaned after themselves. Ryan rocks Sales.
Ryan was amazing! Explained everything super well, any questions we had he was able to answer. Great options when it came to finances and services. Awesome experience.
Great appointment, Ryan was very thorough and went through all options. We were very comfortable choosing Pella after the first appointment. Installation wound up getting scheduled for about 5-6 weeks later than was estimated, which is a bummer. I know sometimes delays are unavoidable. But the installation was smooth as can be! It took the crew about a day and a half to install 7 large, second-story windows. The lead installer let us know that one of the grills in one of the windows was crooked, so they would have to send someone back out to fix that since the...

Sales consultant Nicole came over to provide an estimate for an older Pella window that wasn’t closing properly. Nicole was very knowledgeable and helpful. As a homeowner with a house full of Pella windows, I would recommend you call Pella of Wisconsin and Nicole should you need a replacement window or new windows for a remodeling project!
Loved working with Nicole W. on our project! We had to replace a leaky sliding door and multiple windows. Nicole explained and went over all my options/ expectations. I could not be happier to work with someone trustworthy from the appointment to the install everything went seamless! Highly recommend!
We had 15 windows replaced on the first floor of our house in 2023. I can’t speak highly enough about look and functionality of the windows (both Impervia Fiberglass and Lifestyle Wood). After having the new windows in for a few months, we started thinking about replacing more windows on the second floor of the house. Today was my second meeting with Vito from Pella Windows of Madison and I am so pleased with the service he has provided. I was asked by my husband to contact the company regarding replacing a window and checking on another one that had leaked during a heavy rain and he came back today with an installer by the name of Greg, who was also very nice and polite.
